If our approach speaks to you, we’d love for you to get in touch via our contact form. We’ll then schedule a consultation, which can take place in person or via video call.
During this meeting, I’ll ask you a few questions about your ideas and expectations, and explain how we can best support you.
If you decide to work with us (yay! 🎉), we’ll prepare a contract, and once the deposit is received, we’ll get started right away — planning your dream wedding.
3. Where does a wedding planner get all those creative ideas?
Wedding Planner Stuttgart: Honestly? Give me a theme, and my head instantly starts overflowing with ideas. 😉
Of course, I also stay up to date with the latest trends and inspirations from the wedding world. But above all, creativity and a strong sense of design and colour combinations are essential parts of a wedding planner’s mindset.

4. How does a wedding planner find the right vendors?
Wedding Planner Stuttgart: I often participate in what’s called styled shoots — creative photoshoots that replicate real weddings.
These shoots allow me to discover and test new vendors I haven’t worked with before. It’s the perfect way to see how they work, communicate, and deliver.
If I love their style and professionalism, they become part of my preferred vendor list. If not — I don’t include them.
That way, I can confidently recommend only the best and most reliable partners to my couples. Yes — I personally test every vendor before recommending them. 😉
5. How does a wedding planner know how much budget to plan for a wedding?

Of course, every couple is unique — with different visions, priorities, and budgets.That’s why we use these averages as a starting point, and then create a custom budget plan during your consultation.
