Every couple — and every wedding — is unique, which is why it’s important for us to get to know you personally.
If we’re available on your date, we’ll schedule a phone consultation to discuss your wishes and ideas in detail. The more we know, the better we can prepare for our first meeting.
Please note: We don’t provide cost estimates during the first inquiry. Each concept is unique and calculated accordingly. The wedding decoration is highly individual, and pricing depends on many factors, such as:
- Chair and table covers
- Place plates
- Table linens
- Fabric napkins
- Vases

- Choice of decorative elements
- Travel distance
- What’s already included by the venue

3. What can couples expect when they book you?
Deko-Impressionen:
There’s as much love in our decorations as in the occasion itself. We’re by your side from the very first meeting to your big day. togehter we’ll create a customised concept — from the first idea to the final on-site setup. We provide inspiration, offer creative options, and support you throughout your planning journey. You decide how much assistance you’d like from us.
At our studio, we create sample tables together with you and visit your chosen venue to do a test setup of your wedding decoration. Just before the big day, we review every last detail once more to ensure everything is perfect.
The moment your guests walk into the room and are left speechless — that’s what we work for.

4. When should couples book you?
Deko-Impressionen:
A wedding season typically includes around 30 weekends. To ensure the best quality, we work exclusively and limit the number of events we take on per season.
Ideally, you should start planning and making inquiries 12 to 18 months before your wedding. We already receive bookings well over a year in advance — currently up to the end of 2022.
If you’re planning more spontaneously, don’t worry — just reach out, and we’ll do our best to create a beautiful setup together.

5. Do you also provide floral arrangements?

To ensure a harmonious overall design, we offer both decoration and floral design from a single source. This allows us to match colours, materials, and textures perfectly — so everything feels cohesive and intentional.
For larger floral installations, we collaborate with trusted professional florists and continually expand our own expertise in floral design.
