Start by thinking about what kind of wedding venue you’re looking for — perhaps a castle, barn, restaurant, ballroom, or hotel. Then consider how many guests you’re planning to invite and what’s most important to you in a venue.Once you have a rough idea, it’s time to start searching — and the best place to begin is, of course, Google 🙂
Search for “wedding venue Stuttgart” and you’ll get a long list of venues to explore. Most websites allow you to filter by venue type, which helps narrow down your options quickly.
I personally recommend checking out these platforms: www.hochzeitsportal-stuttgart.de and www.weddyplace.comYou’ll find plenty of beautiful and very different wedding venues there.
Write down your favorite venues and contact them to schedule a viewing. When reaching out, you can already ask whether your preferred wedding date is available — or which dates are still open if you’re flexible.
Once you’ve booked a few viewings, it’s time to prepare your venue questions. There are many checklists available online, but when I was planning, I went through several and found that each one was missing something.
So, I created my own comprehensive checklist, which I’m now sharing with you. These are the key questions you should ask during your venue visits — and the details you definitely shouldn’t overlook.
